- 37th International Symposium on Application of Computers and Operations Research on Minerals IndustriesMay 23-27, 2015, Fairbanks, Alaska. The focus of the 37th APCOM Symposium is to further APCOM’s goal of contributing to effective decision-making processes throughout the entire minerals industry. The technical program for this symposium is a balance of exploration, including geostatistics, mine design, production planning, investment analysis, artificial intelligence simulation, mine automation, rock mechanics, mineral processing and data management systems. The program is designed to facilitate and promote application of computers and operations research in the mineral industry. - The Australian Mine Ventilation Conference, 31 Aug and 1 Sept, 2015.
